Help! I Need a 125x125 Ad!

  I just bought a 125 x125 ad on a website, figuring it couldn´t be that hard to make, but no matter what I do . . . it´s not working. So, anyone know how to make one with Photoshop or are there any graphic artists who wouldn´t charge me too much to throw something together?
