I've been to your site and I've read what there is to read, but there's little to no information actually given. What exactly do you do to help people lose weight? Is this just for those who need to lose a lot of weight? Are there any general tips that you can offer that are different from what we see every day? I'm very curious about this, and understandably more than just a little skeptical, so some more information would be very much appreciated.
