Hello from So. California!

  I just found this site and wanted to say hello! I have my own business designing jewelry, and I recently opened a shop on Etsy.com. I've been so overwhelmed trying to figure out a balance between work and family life. I have two boys, 9yrs old and 4 yrs. old. Crazy, fun, energetic, dramatic!! That's my life! I am hoping to find some tips on getting my house and business under control! Or does it exist??? Control, that is!!
