  • Snuggli has been a lifesaver for me. It helped calm my extrememly colicky baby & I've lost about 10 lbs. Ofcourse my daughter is too big to wear all day but I still pack it in the stroller of wear her for short walks around the block or to the store.

  • My lifesaver has been my clipboard. I love printing my lists/planning pages and keeping them all in one place right on the clipboard. It is portable, the paper is removable, and the pages I'm working on now can easily be rearranged.

  • We use a food saver and plan our meals. The food saver is that thing that sucks the air out of the bags to keep your food fresh. It's great for fresh vegetables. So we chop our vegetables one night and save them in the saver. This keeps them fresh and then all we have to do to cook them is slice open a bag, which saves time and messes during the week. If I make spaghetti one night, I make enough for 2-3 weeks and save the extra for the following week in the food saver. Again, this way, all I have to do is pop open a bad and reheat the following week.

  • My lifesaver is tea tree oil. I always keep a bottle or two in the house! You can Google some of the uses/benefits for yourself. We apply it to bug bites to remove the itch, put a drop in our ears for earaches, my daughter is applying it to a plantar wart with great results, it cools sunburns and is a great antiseptic on wounds/cuts. Apply it to your chest or under your nose when you are all stuffed up from a cold. It is an easy solution for MANY ailments!

  • Instead of making it into the office for early morning meetings, I dial in during my commute (hands free of course!) It has made my days much easier to start as I'm not trying to cram in getting the kids ready, off to school and Steve McQueening through traffic to make it into the conference room. It gives me a back at lease an hour.

  • Keep a balloon in your purse at all times. (Deflated, of course!) It is guaranteed to keep your kiddo happy when you're stuck in line at the post office, window shopping, or trying to chat with a friend you just bumped into.

  • I take my toothbrush into bed with me! I curl up and get some precious alone time with a good book while I brush. I'm multitasking to get some Me time, but it also gets me brushing much, much more thoroughly. My teeth have never been so clean!

  • I do the food shopping, but my wife actually tells me what to buy, so she suggested that I create a custom, checkboxed list of all the stuff we usually buy. Now, all we have to do is check the boxes instead writing out the same things each week.
