I seem to always have an endlesss to-do list so anything that will allow me to save time, reduce stress and the amount things I have to-do is important to me. Recently, I saw an ad for online grocery shopping. I peaked my interest because going to the grocery store is time consuming. Then, you have to deal with your screaming child and other people's screaming child. Also, let''s not forget the long lines to check out. I use online grocery shopping because they deliver and you can still use manufacturer and store coupons. I saved time and was less aggrevated because I ordered my groceries from the comfort of my home and the groceries were delivered to my door.”

It's allergy (and pink eye!) season again. If your child needs drops (or goopy ointment), try applying them to the skin on the corner of their eye, right by the bridge of their nose. Wait a moment for the heat of your child's skin to liquify the medication, then tilt your child's head so the medicine runs into their eye. When they blink, it'll go in with minimal mess (and fuss).

I used to work crazy hours, thinking that career (or just a feeling of being in demand?) is everything. These days I realize that WORK IS ALWAYS there. So I come home after normal hours and enjoy my 20-month old daughter. Every evening after dinner I go and sit on the floor. This is an invitation for my little one to come to me and play. These moments worth everything!

I am so busy working full time, being an Avon Independent Sales Representative and Team Leader, and a single mom of 3, with high blood pressure. I have always been trying to lose weight...for as long as I can remember, but hate to exercise. So, I had this idea that when things feel too stressful for me after a long day of work and returning home to 3 teens with all their issues, I will just walk out the front door and take a "health walk" instead of going to exercise. I don't put pressure on myself to reach any goals, or go for a certain amount of time, just walk to walk and de-stress. It works really well because once I get out there, with no pressure to achieve anything, I find myself walking longer and sometimes faster than when I started out, and always come back feeling refreshed, and it has helped with the weight as well.

Planning my menu for the week before heading out to go grocery shopping. I shop faster, stay in budget, and I don't have to think about what to cook when I get home from work. I just go into auto pilot.
