When tired, sleep. Just sleep - turn off the phone, leave the dirty dishes, just sleep. I am now way past mommying (my daughters are 38 and 42 and new moms themselves) but this is what saved me when they were young. I was in a way fortunate in that I could not function with not enough sleep, so it was essential for me. Pretend it's essential for you too. Because lack of sleep is bad for your face and bad for your health.”

At the end of the day, almost everyday, I relax in a tub full of bubbles with an aromatherapy candle and listen to Delilah! It so nice to hear I am not alone with all of my problems. This is the only thing that has gotten me through some very rough times after losing my job. I can clear my mind or straighten out my thoughts and just "be". I just found a new company recently that makes awesome aromatherapy candles www.theearthselements.com and I truely have to say that they are the best chaning my mood!by Always Sleepy on 11th November 20101004Vote!
My daughter loves the videos on the sesame street website. We will plop down on the couch with the laptop, and I open one browser window for her on one side of the screen and one for me on the other. She can watch the videos, I can check email or just surf the internet, and we get some cuddle time together.by Allison on 15th September 20101005Vote!
Remember HALT- Hungry Angry Lonely Tired. What ever it is you must take care of it. Don't ignore the signs. Take time each day to meditate in a quiet safe place, go to the beach, take a walk and enjoy nature.by terrip on 28th September 20151203Vote!
