I'm 25 years old married to a wonderful man. I have a son who will be two in Feb of 2009. I'm starting a business with my mother. I love to be creative and have fun making money to be able to stay home with my little man...lol
As a new mom and step-mom, I want to make the world a better place for my children to enjoy with their kids. I'm not an expert on the environment but I am a concerned Mama who is aware of the impact we are placing on our one and only home. My goal for my green blog is to educate and inspire. If everyone in the world made ONE small change that would add up to about SEVEN BILLION changes. I think that could make a difference, don't you
Hi, my name is Rachel and I live in Hampstead, NC with my Husband and 2 beautiful children.
I organize a mommies group here through meetup.com and I also work from home.
went to school to become a teacher - recieved my degree and taught Kinder for 8 years - absolutely loved it! While I was teaching I met my husband who does competive bodybuilding - he introduced me to fitness competitions and I competed 5 times before starting our family. Loved it! Now I get to stay home with our three beautiful girls, still work out( not as much), and just opened my own online webstore full of healthy vitamins and earthfriendly products all for kids! So far so good!
I am a mama of 2 boys, age 3 and 4. We are BUSY (as all you momma's know!!) Both boys are in soccer, the older is in Karate, and we all do Yoga together. (and drag my AWESOME boyfriend along for the ride!!) He had no idea what he was in for! Haha. I work full time, and mommy in my off time. I am always looking for nutritious and FAST meals!! (and any way that I can get out of laundry.....any ideas
I'm a science librarian, and mother to Zoe, age 1 1/2. We struggled for 2 years with infertility before finally conceiving with some medical and medicinal help.
Our current excitement is that Zoe has recently had to get glasses, and keeping glasses on a toddler is an adventure, indeed.
I'm interested in scientific literacy, women in science, environmental issues, infertility research, and librarianship. I love yoga, but rarely find time for it, and try to keep a garden going. I love digging in the soil, and the idea of shaping and nurturing the landscape, but I'm not particularly good at keeping the plants alive.
