I am a mom of three that works a job and runs my business from home as well. I have three teenagers that are involved in everything, so always on the move. I love STEELER football, reading a good book and spending what time I can with my family.
First and foremost I am a 28 year old single mom of 1 adorable boy. I am a full time single mom and my son's father is not in the picture at all. I work for a financial institution in the HR dept and love my career. I joined this site to gain knowledge from other moms, as well as support from those who may be in the same situation as me.
I'm in my late 20's and married to a wonderful man named Mike. I have a twin brother. We were born naturally, not via fertility treatments. We are NOT identical - I am asked that ALL THE TIME. I once made it to the finals of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" college edition but was turned down because I wasn't "needy enough." My college loans are excessive, so I pity the students deemed needier than I. My outlook on things is generally positive. I make friends for life. I have a tiny dog named Rigby, she is extremely cuddly but also extremely bossy, just like me. I had a really rough pregnancy that required bed rest and hospitalization, but at least I didn't get any stretch marks. My daughter was born 11 weeks and 1 day premature and spent 2 1/2 months in the neonatal intensive care unit. She is awesome and you wouldn't know by looking at her that she came thisclose to dying a bunch of times. I play air guitar left handed, but I play Guitar Hero right handed. I aspire to be Gwen in a No Doubt Tribute Band. I am trying to be the best mother and wife I can be while also bringing home the bacon. Sometimes it's a little crispy but it's always edible.
I am a stay-at-home who started a business with a partner and loving it! It does tend to get a little overwhelming trying to balance motherhood and your business. I have 3 wonderful children and a great husband of course who is very supportive of what I do. I also teach part-time as a group fitness instructor 6 times a week.
