I manage the startup of charter schools throughout Utah. It feels great to be so involved in education! I live very close to the mountains so I spend a lot of time hiking, biking and snowboarding in the winter. This year we taught all 3 kids to snowboard! I'm an obsessive book nerd, blogger, red wine aficionado, coffee connoisseur and I'm married to a very handsome engineer.
I am a thirty one year old master's trained clinical social worker. I have been married for close to 10 years and I have two very energetic boys. I am working part-time as a consultant and per diem social worker. I worked full-time until my oldest son was close to 2, then I decided to work part-time. I really wanted to see how staying at home and working part-time would work. It was and still is more difficult than working full-time. I am in the process of going back to work full-time and I feel really excited about it. We need the money. My husband does well but it's not enough to keep us a float.
My husband and 2 daughters and I live in the east Tennessee. We are within one hour of the Smokey Mtns, which means we can hike and camp. I love being outdoors. Gardening is a favorite hobby for me.
