One of the reasons we started Work It, Mom! was to give real working moms a place to share their stories, ideas, and suggestions with each other - rather than getting advice from experts. This article from the NY Post is refreshing because it features a conversation between four working moms, each with a different type of career and working arrangement. The common theme that emerges from their stories is about finding a working situation that fits within each of their particular family situations as well as personal ambitions.
It's a quick read and it's worth it.
