Mothers are not the only ones creating a revolution in the work force. Now, more than ever, Dads are insisting on flex time, refusing to take work home from the office, and demanding time off for new children. Nearly half of dads surveyed would take paternity leave if it were offered. If money were not an issue, 68% of working dads would work think about being stay-at-home dads. This is very exciting news for men and women alike: With both genders demanding more of a balance between work and family in the workplace, telecommuting options are going to become more de rigeur, which can only benefit the families in this country.
