If your kids are teenagers and you work, you can stop feeling guilty: They prefer it that way. According to Chrystia Freeland who asked a half-a-dozen young women, whose ages ranged from 9 to 19, how they are affected by their mothers' demanding jobs, younger kids missed their moms while teenagers were happy to have more freedom.
