An interesting post from Wall Street Journal about why there aren't more women business leaders.
The first comment, which was posted by a guy, I thought was extremely interesting, almost more than the article. One of his points rang so true:
Women feel more responsibility to be right. Men don’t.
I think this is true -- it is and has been for me in my career. I think this causes us, women, to take less risks.
