Remember that Salary.com survey from last year, the one that said that if motherhood was a paying gig, moms would earn more than $130,000 a year?
This year, it seems, we're all taking a pay cut. The latest survey puts the salary for motherhood at $116,805.
The reason for the drop? The size of the company -- small companies pay less that large ones, and you can't get much smaller than the average family unit.
What do you think?
