One study found that most employees and employers felt positively about telecommuting. However, the fact is that most large companies are slow on the uptake of the telecommuting bandwagon. An employees best chance of getting to telecommute is still being self employed, or working for a small company.

The company that I work for has embrassed telecommunting. Infact they have closed most of the regional offices and sent everyone to work from home. We currently only have about 5-6 offices that are currently still open. I would not be suprised if that number is reduced to 3 by the end of the year.
