Moms know all about parenting imbalances. Even when dad is willing, it usually doesn't quite pan out. (Sound familiar?) The New York Times profiles working moms and dads who are endeavoring to split parenting duties and joys 50-50.

I saw a piece on them on the Today Show this morning. It's great that they share everything 50/50 and they have a system. I couldn't help feeling a little skeptical about it though. Don't know how long it would last. About half a week in my house.

The list part was funny. I'll never leave a to-do list for my husband. He'd do the same thing. (Grocery lists are acceptable though since he can only remember three things at a time.)
