Unlike most "Best Of" type lists out there, this one ranks women in terms of their power and influence, not popularity. German Chancellor Angela Merkel tops this year's list at Forbes, followed by Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. Chairman Sheila Bair and PepsiCo's Chief Executives Indra Nooyi. A very inspirational -- not to mention refreshing -- roundup.
