According to a study from the Families and Work Institute, the gap between gender roles at work and at home is narrowing, significantly.
For example, many fewer men think that it's better for a woman to stay at home than to work than ten years ago. Women's wages are getting closer to men's wages for the same work.
Men are also taking more responsibility for taking care of the kids and household responsibilities, like cooking and cleaning (although women still do significantly more).
