Finding Passion at Work

The Coach's Roundtable

This is a great new feature at the New York Times. Professional career coaches answer reader questions. This week, as the title suggests, the topic is finding passion at work. However, not everyone is born knowing that their passion is singing opera or painting landscapes or inventing computer programs. How do you find your passion in your career? On the other hand, as the career coaches point out, maybe you don't have to be passionate about your work. Maybe your passions lie elsewhere. Maybe it's more important to have a career that you can enjoy or you can like. Either way, these coaches give some great advice!
