Women excluded from country club dining room

After a round of golf, women members of the exclusive Phoenix Country Club in Arizona dine down the hall in the small card room while the men enjoy the plush grill room with full bar. The restriction not only prevents spouses from dining together, but also prevents businesswomen from participating in networking and dealmaking sessions. To make matters worse, those who have protested the tradition have been harrassed by members happy with the status quo.
