exercise time?

I am away from home for 10 hours a day.  How do you squeeze in exercise-for health and sanity?

Any tips for dealing with the guilt of being away so much?
I am out of the house 10 hours a day also. I purchased exercise equipment for my house and exercise 5-6 mornings a week. I get up at 5am to do it.
I'm big early morning work out person. Can you wake up 30 min earlier?
Any chance you could go for a brisk walk during lunch or early in the morning?
