Where do you find time to exercise??

How to find time to work out. As busy, working moms, we too often neglect ourselves and our needs. Exercise, and healthy eating are things that we can control. I know, I know, you're saying, when - when can I find more time in my already busy and hectic day. It's surprisingly more easy than you would think. You can implement some quick and easy ways to get some exercise into your life. Park further away in the parking lot. The extra walk and fresh air will do you good. Take the stairs at work or wherever you are, instead of an elevator or escalator. I try and get out for a walk with the family after dinner. If you are watching TV, get down on the floor on commercials and do some sit ups or push ups. PLAY WITH YOUR KIDS! This is the easiest one. Just get down on the floor and play around or take them out to ride bikes or play ball. Your relationship with them will benefit as well as your over all health. The better we take care of ourselves, the better we can take care of all the other little people that depend on us.

These are great tips! Thanks!
Thanks for this note, jformanski! If you don't mind, I'm going to link to it from this week's post at The 36-Hour Day, which is about working out. -- Lylah
