ooey - gooey s'more sundaes

We had 9 screaming girls in our house last night, lots of energy lots of fun!

My sister loves recipes and loves to share them, she made a slumber party cook book for the girls for Christmas and they got it out last night!

Ooey-Gooey S'more Sundaes

1 cup mini marshmallows

1scoop vanilla ice cream

1 scoop chocolate ice cream

2 to 4 tablespoons fudge sauce

1/2 cup broken up graham crackers, teddy bear grahams, or golden graham cereal

Turn on broiler. Place the mini marhmallows on a greased baking sheet.

Place the 2 scoops of ice cream into a bowl and drizzle with the sauce. Cover with the crackers.

Place the pan of marshmallows in the broiler, watching very carefully, until they brown, 30-40 seconds. with a spatula place the marshmallows on top of the sundae, dig in!

Best S'more ever and no misquittos!

Enjoy, the girls loved them!!!!!

That recipe doesn't appeal to me much -- too sweet!! When I indulge in something unhealthy it'll be salty: potato chips (my addiction!), nachos, party mix. I often joke that I like my fat with salt, not sugar!

So you haven't tempted me to dietary evil, BUT!

I totally love the idea of the "Sleepover Cookbook"!!! Your sister is brilliant. Even as I'm making a list of possible recipes, I'm also making a list of kids who'd like it! What a great idea!
I don't like you no more!! Why because you put this recipe on here and I am a sweet addict. LOL
Yummmmmmmm!!!!
