The debate on vaccinations

Being a mom of 2 little ones.  It's a little scary what is going on with the debate over vaccinations.  Particularly the MMR.

It is VERY scarey. I have 3 children, all of which are healthy, so far. I was always concerned about my kids because I used to teach autistic children, and no offense to anyone out there, but I didn't want my child to end up like that. I dealt with pretty severe children. Severe to the point that they exhibited self-destruction (biting, head-banging). When I approached my doctor, she got kind of short with me. I have a different doctor now, and he seems... okay. I think he tries to be understanding, but is frustrated with people like me who ask questions about the shots.

I have one more child going through these shots and let me tell you, if these shots affect this sweet little baby of mine, SOMEONE is going to pay for it!!! She is interactive, social, the happiest baby I have EVER seen! So I am approaching the shots situation a bit differently now. I'm a little older and I know what I can and can't do.

So I'm going to have a conversation with my doctor to discuss options in regards to the shots.

Scarey.
I truly believe that the MMR Shot is the reason my boys are autistic. Before then they were fine and all I know is that something went wrong. I dont know momof2lovelies. I watching the news and saw a story very similar to mine. The school bus left an 18 year old on the bus (he was autistic) I dont know why this has happen. I never ate fish all I did was take them to get their shots and everything changed. The decision is 50/50 situation because the school districts demand that all children be up to date with their shot records or they can not attend school. I believe that the mmr shot did it, but that is just my opinion.
