Morale Boost

I don't know exactly how I feel about the meeting we had at work today. Our jobs are basically being threatened due to low production. And Yes, there is low production. Why is it happening though? We didn't hit our budget as a team for this last term but I feel that is due to lack of leads. WE are calling the same people over and over and expect to get a good result. We might get lucky and receive one to four leads in a day and we are expected to perform a certain way but our lead flow is really not where it should be either. Just had to vent.
