I'm finally out of my life's whirlpool.
I'm glad I found this metaphor to easily visualize how my life happened for the past 4 weeks. A whirlpool of questions, scenarios to be assessed and decisions to be made quickly, with no flaws. A company I used to work for used to say this (with regards to some requests we used to receive from some clients): you cannot have something fast, cheap and top quality -- and now that I think about it, this is how I sometimes expect things to happen in my life: fast, best and with no flaws. Reality shows that we can only pick 2 out of 3 to be realistic in our expectations.
Anyway, now that calm took over again my life, I can take a breath and relax. As a result, tomorrow I plan to go swimming. I might also consider the whirlpool, but this time at my own will and choice.
Cheers and enjoy this day -- the first day from the rest of your life!
