Starting Up and Out

I've just established a nonprofit company called Powerful Parents Inc.  We are trying to lease space, but of course we have a budget.  We thought we'd had a space, but the landlord pulled out.  I think he got scared off because we'll be dealing with kids-noise, I guess that is his experience.  We investigated another space which is even cheaper and more beautiful and we have been holding our breath.  Well, our realtor called today and said the owner wants to meet with my partner and I on saturday.  I'm so excited.  I hope that he is saying yes to renting to us.  He wants to discuss what we want the space to look like.    If anyone out there has any advice for us, we'll gladly consider it.  Whoo hoo!

Congrats on the meeting! I know it can be tough to find a place for a nonprofit. My dad was heavily involved with one a few years ago, and it was very difficult to find a place. I have no advice, just sending good vibes your way!
