In the summertime, we try to take a walk after dinner every night. We stop near a clearing and throw a frisbee for our dog, Roxy. We stop to play ball with Jack and to talk to neighbors. And we don't care if it's a little past bedtime when we get back, because there will be plenty of time for steadfast bedtimes when the weather turns cold again and the days get short.
Until then, we'll enjoy these longer days and soak up our walks and the fresh air they provide.
