My Husband is a Super Dad!

I want to take a minute to praise my husband for being an incredible father.  A week ago my son graduated pre-K.  Two days before the last day of school he had a ceremony where he was granted a Pre-K certificate.  I was unable to attend.

My husband decided to take a couple of hours off work and attend.  The ceremony was at 10am.

That morning my husband:

·                    Fed my son breakfast

·                    Took him to school

·                    Did grocery shopping

·                    Attended the ceremony at 10am

·                    Drove to work

When I called him from my office at 10:30am, he told me about his morning and I was amazed.  Surprisingly, I felt no guilt for not being at my son’s ceremony.  I felt joy and pride that my husband was able to fill in successfully.

Now I ask you to take a minute and praise the father of your child/children.

Nice. It's so important to be appreciative of those around us!
That's really awesome! The other night I had a night out with some friends and my husband took care of our daughter, vacuumed the whole house, did dishes, and straightened the living room. I felt like kissing him (and did) when I got home.
Don't forget to praise yourself for being a Super Mom if you usually do all those things yourself! :)
