Social Networking Overload, seriously is it possible?

Hell yes it is and I've managed to do it. Wait, let me rephrase, am still doing it, because I just signed up for yet ANOTHER dotcom, blog in small version, send your thoughts out across the vast intra-web-net-www thingy (whatever they are calling it now a days) and you know what?

I can't help it! I tweet on Twitter, I blog on blogger, I journal on livejournal, I ping on ping.fm, I feed on friendfeed, I  act completely juvenile on Myspace (yes, I just admitted that), I network on facebook, I link at linkedin, I check in at brightkite...

Woo! Where is my virtual straight jacket already?

Hi, my name is Jonna (aka the Tattooed Mommie) and I'm a social network addict and THAT is my reason for neglecting Work It, Mom!

PS. at least that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

PSS. Nataly better not spill the beans.

I was a Twitterer for about 4 weeks and I gave it up. The internet is LOADED with good information but I just found that to be a no good distraction from what I needed to be doing. Aside from my personal blog, I don't do much on the social sites. I'm considering inactivating my FaceBook profile because it really serves me no purpose. I am on LinkedIn for professional reasons and am OK with that. Many of the sites you listed I haven't even HEARD of.
I am SO glad it isn't just me! I'm Twittering now too, plus blogging on my own, and just signed on to contribute to a group blog, Facebook, LinkedIn - oh, and there's FAMILY, and you know, WORK. I have been neglecting WIM lately too, except for keeping up with the blogs here.

Hey, you didn't mention Plurk - are you Plurking too :-)? (I'm not...yet.)
Oh, man. I'm glad I don't know about most of those or else I'd be screwed. I've been neglecting my WIMing, too, and wish I had more time to be on the web every day! Ha, at least you have your story all written out now.
