what to do as a single mom with teenagers

I'm a single mom with 3 children and i am having the teenage blues, which is what i call it.  I sent my son away to his granfather (my dad) because of him acting out. very tempermental and angry. I figured he need a man to dicipline him, but now im sad and crying and stressed cause i miss him and he want to come home. but there is nothing here. He feels i dont love him or want him because of all the horrible events that has taken place, stuff that he has done. (fighting with his sister, cursing, disrespectful & drinking and marijuana) What to do!!  Im worried about how he will feel once he is grown up, should I be? I would rather see him there, then locked up here. I have tried all sorts of things but no help out here for our children in need of help.  well thats all I have for today, anyone with suggestions other than suck it up (lol) i pretty much knows i need to but it doesnt help me mentally.

I am in the same situation!!!! My boy seems to be "grounded " punishment, all the time, the mood swings on his part are horrible. Basically, we either go to counseling, or he goes to boot camp, intervention, rehab, or somewhere to complete highschool. His dad gone due to work. My boy, nice, but disrespectful, partying, attitude, etc. What is the answer, how far do we as parents push. I hear don't give up, but then when do they finally realize it their life they are messing up. Seems a lot of parents are going through this. We're not alone, but need a prayer answered.Good luck, if you find out what works, please inform me. smile smile
