Well, I am a stay at home mom of a 2 year old daughter and also a
business owner of a kids boutique store called " Kinderbloom.
Anyway
i started out by having my own business because i wanted to spend more
time with my daughter. So, i got in to the business of making handmade
tutus, hairbows and personalized tank tops. But there are lot of
businesses out there with the same items.
So, i decided not to sit there and go after what I believe in which is "success"
There are several tips to start of with :
Advertising on the Internet : google or yahoo or any other site where customer will notice your site.
Social networking
Business cards
flyer's-
Many people think oh because i have a Internet-based store i have to do
everything online. Yes, it is easy but if you want your website to
viewed you can also hand out your business card if your going to a
play group, church, school or any place you see fit.
reading arcticles, forums, message boards
place an small ad in your local magazine
notify your friends who will tell their friends
Make every effort to promote your business.
Each
morning when you get out of bed...say this 'I believe that I will
succeed" think positive and "never negative' . I am not going to sit
here and tell you that i have not been disappointed, yes i have but
then i look at my daughter and i pick myself back up and i say the
words again " I believe that I will succeed" and it will work.
So,
any business owners who read this article " never give up" keep going
because you will accomplish more then you will ever know. But
remember...don't sit and do nothing and then you keep on saying ' i
believe that i will succeed" oh no ....you need to be active in this
business to make something of yourself....marketing is the big key to
this business.
Thanks ladies and let me know your comments :)
Good luck to every one:)

Some of the methods that have worked for me are Squidoo, Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, article writing, a personal website(s) and autoresponders.
The Internet can help you leverage your time and people will come to you as you build those relationships.
BELIEVE Success!
