I am so bloody tired

I am so tired. You know that bad-tired feeling where you've been running around all day, yet haven't gotten to the stuff that you really, really wanted to get to - i.e. work, as in actual-work-work. All day in and out of the house, errands, phone ringing, emails, then this evening grocery shopping that could not be postponed any longer - I mean, we were out of everything. So... I drag myself and all my bags of groceries home and find my toddler is still wide awake. So we get her up and she's still up now at 10:33pm. Eeek! How am I going to get her up to her preschool-type program in the morning???? Better go and get her off to bed. I give up. Work will have to wait 'till tomorrow. Sigh...

Poor Diane! How was it this morning? I certainly have had that feeling before, quite recently. Right at this second, I'm feeling reasonably okay, so here's some of my energy. Catch! ;-) - Paula.

Ah, the restless sleep of toddlers, yes, know it very well. Try to take a mini break (ha ha, I know, I'm funny) but if you put on soft music (even a lullaby cd works wonders, and if you don't have one of those, try classical music like Mozart), and leave the little one by themselves, they may drift off back to sleep.

Or if you can sing (even a little) they like that also...unless you get the "nooooo".

Good luck.
