Very Exciting News!!

I'm SO thrilled! The GROWTH Act dropped in the Senate Last week!

The GROWTH act, is a goundbreaking bill that, if passed, would make the US a leader in promoting economic opportunities for women. Even though women do a significant portion of the world's work and, in many places, produce the majority of the food supply, they face unequal barriers to success - such as lack of access to education, fair wages, and credit. These barriers prevent many women from lifting themselves and their families - and by extension, their communities and countries - out of poverty. The GROWTH Act would change all that!! Last week the GROWTH Act dropped in the Senate which means we are one step closer to removing the barriers that keep women from escaping poverty!!!

Please get in touch with me if you want to learn more about it (I'm so excited I'm dying to tell anyone who'll listen!) or check out the Work It Mom Group "I Support the GROWTH Act"

Hi Laura, I just went to your website. I can't yet delve into it, but I am looking forward to reading more. The work you are doing sounds wonderful. I will for sure be back to check it out and will sign the petition.

I am new to this site, so am just figuring it all out. Thanks for the "network request."
