| "They" Didn't Tell Me That! |

| The thing that surprised me most about becoming a mom, is all the things "they" didn't mention! Here are some of the things I am definately going to tell my daughter:1. Modesty goes out the window2. Contractions, are derived from HELL3. It's not easy to breastfeed, so don't get discouraged4. Pooping the 1st time is almost as bad as delivery5.... |

| Who knew I loved my husband? |

| I know that everyone says when you give birth you love your child instantly which is true, but am I the only one who felt way more connected with my husband? I just felt like I was going to burst. MDH and I had a rough situation when E was born. (although some people have it way worse and God Bless you) I didn't get to hold him until he was 2 days... |

| How do you stay positive when all you hear from other people, is how much of a terrible mother you are? Criticism is killing my self-esteem. It's not like being a stay-at-home mom is a walk in the park. Don't get me wrong, I love making all these memories with my son, but 24/7 is a little much sometimes. Adult interaction is necessary! | Grandmother ain't so "grand" |

| How do you deal when your MIL has 3 grandchildren, but favors one WAY more than the others. I know there is something of an "I was here first" thing with the oldest (and more favored) grandchild, but it is getting quite ridiculous. | I was talking with someone about how after she had her child, the relationship with her and her MIL had changed for the worst.
