so i was only out of the loop for less than a week and i missed you guys!  I was in a training class and didnt not have access to WIM (of course i had my phone for email and txt, let's not get crazy here) Since i generally check in daily and see the changes and comment on conversations etc... it doesnt seem to be that overwhelming.  but WOW! ...
