Hi Older Mom. It's great to meet you. Welcome to Work it, Mom! I so agree with your parenting advice: do not laugh at your children. I just think it's terrible when people do that and belittle them (and their budding identities). Ugh. Anyway, I'm a moderator here at WIM, so let me know if you have questions about anything.
