How I de-stress:	A long walk, a massage or a pedicure, snuggling with my daughter at bedtime.
Best advice I've gotten:	Don't take it personally. That's a hard one for me to follow, but I try to remember that when my youngest is acting out or misbehaving. Sometimes I worry that it's because of something I've done (or done wrong) as a parent, but I'm getting better at accepting that that is not always the case.
