About Me: I am a married mother of one and a firm believer in going green! I am originally from Brooklyn, New York-but various militry assignments and meeting and marrying a Southerner led me to settle down in Woodbridge, Virginia. VA is nice but I still enjoy weekend trips to NYC!
My interests: Working out, Surfing the Internet, Movies, Trips, Networking with other working moms & expanding my social circle.

Best advice I've gotten: There are 2 kinds of stress-positive and negative. The trick is knowing which is which and then working to reduce the negative stress in your life whenever you can.

I completed my MBA last year and I am exploring the possibility of doing a PhD some time in the future.
Goals I am working on:
I would like to resume my social life after my husband gets back from Iraq.
Projects I am working on:
Although I have a full time career in the Federal Gov't sector, I also have a small marketing business that I would like grow into something more.

My marketing business is based on going green. I believe that helping people to reduce or eliminate the harmful chemicals in our homes is a worthwhile cause.
