About Me: I have spent my life following my heart and it has taken me to the depths of my being. My home has been the center of my attention and road to self-realization: home-birth, home-school and until recently working from home.
My interests: Meditation, yoga, organic gardening, community supported agriculture, green living, delicious vegetarian food (none of that cardboard stuff), good movies, crafts, writing, reading
How I de-stress: Meditation, walking, doing something for someone else, watching movies, washing the dishes
