About Me: I moved to Nacogdoches 10 years ago after working for a research center in another city 2 hours away. My husband wanted to retire here. At first everything seemed to go good, but then boredom set in and I started looking for something to do. I've worked 3 different types of jobs here that I would have never thought I would do. And now I am into selling jewelry. My mom and brother moved here also. My brother has downs syndrome and he is 51. My mother has severe dementia and she is 92. I recently had to make a hard decision to put her into the nursing home and my brother into a home near me. This is really not how I pictured my life to turn out, but I'm working through it.
