1 thing I want to remember about today:

Abby said "Mama we're grown ups but dada's not and he's sad and needs a sucker" I gave her a sucker and she gave it to dada and looked at me and said "dada's happy now" then asked dada for the sucker back She knows dada is a sucker for her :)
What was most challenging today:

going to work
What made me the happiest:

Abby being super sweet and leting me get some sleep

resisting temption and going to work (took a lot)

Currently on my Life Wish List:

travel never really been very far from home I've never been out of the country or on a plane would love to see the west coast Fix up my house it's falling apart alas no time or money :(
Goals I am working on:

Get back in school. Right out of high school went to college for paralegal and planed to go to law school. Unfortantly got sick and had to drop out after a long illness. Now I would like to get back in school for RN this time. The first step is always the hardest

Hi nothingbutblue. I'm a moderator here at Work it, Mom! Welcome – we’re glad you are here. Sorry to hear you are so tired. It's awful that people in your line of work don't get a better deal. (Ugh - makes me angry!) Hope you can catch up on your sleep this weekend.

PS - thanks for sharing that "I brought you the beach" story. It made me smile. :)
