hearing layoffs may be in the future for my job in January

Currently on my Life Wish List:

My Life Goal is to find some time so that I can go back to school and become a Nurse. Being a single parent this is so difficult. I'm starting to accept the fact that I may have to wait a few more years until my daughter is more self sufficient. I always feel guilty about not being able to give her 100% of my attention.
Goals I am working on:

Being patient with my daughter.
Losing weight...
improving my eating habits

Hi Shi-Shi, I understand your guilt in not spending enough time with your daughter. I have 3 kids, and a business of 20yrs. I finally made the decision to choose my family and retired. I could not have done this without getting involved in a totally different business that gave me financial stability along with more time. Keep positive and good will come:)

Saw your Q on the Q&A page about your daughter being abused. That is really terrible. I'm so sorry to hear about it.
