- be respectful. just as you have your very own set of feelings, emotions, desires, fears and needs, so does your child. respect them, respect that.

- some have said "don't let your kid sleep in your bed with you." hey, if my toddler daughter's feeling crummy and needs comfort from mommy, she can sleep in my bed with me and cozy all night long. sure beats trying to fit in her crib with her! :-)
