Have you taken the kids to Disney lately?
Any tips of what NOT to do?
I have read lots of TO DO tips. But looking for inside info so my 3.5 & 5yr old have a great time.
thanks for sharing!

We just got back on Thursday from a 7 night trip with a 2.5 year old girl and a 5 year old boy. I agree with the previous response. The Magic Kingdom is best early. You may want to plan a couple days there as there is a lot geared for this age group. You can also get on the popular rides and see the characters during parade hours for a shorter wait. My advice for what NOT to do is hold any expectations and make sure you get the most desired things done first. The kids get tired and cranky in that warm sun. If we didn't make it on the Pirates ride... at least we got on the jungle cruise, dumbo, Mickey house, etc.... Have fun! We did.

Has anyone started their child in daycare when her or she was around 2 years old? If so, did you run into any issues?
I am thinking about going back to work at my old company, since they opening an on-site daycare.

Both of my kids when back between 13 months and 2 years. For my son, it was a relief because he had just had a baby sister. My daughter had a little harder time. She was younger and not as.... shall we say easy going as my son. She is now 2 1/2 and has been moved to a more creative classroom (away from the baby - babies). She really seems to love it and her teachers. We do have a lot of colds and flus going around this house with both in school but I like to think of it as building their immunities. Make sure you find a good school that provides lots of communication. Find one that works with your child's personality. Good luck!
