- Stayed at home full time for 4.5 years...back to work now for three weeks! New to the working world and still trying to figure it all out....

- Teaching spin classes weekly at my local gym, renovating our home, finding new things to try out with the kids (ie. new recipies, tv free activities) Getting together with other families and couples, trying to find date nights with my husband, watching foreign and film festival movies...
- How I de-stress:
- turn down the ligths in the house, put on comfy pjs and watch a movie with a glass of wine

- Still waiting for it. I'm still riddled with guilt as I'm only three weeks into this new world!
