About me:: Hello, I'm Laura! I'm currently working full-time and planning for both a family AND a course of graduate studies. No, I don't have any kids yet - but we're planning to start a family in 2014! My ultimate goal is to gain a PhD in Psychology, but with any viable institutions over an hour away from my home and the rigorous coursework I'm so nervous about being a great mom AND a great student! I'd love to gain some insight and moral support from other women who have tried (and hopefully succeeded!) balancing motherhood and academia...as well as the rest of this wonderful community, of course! =)
