- No ceiling. I work for a firm where I can walk into the managing partner's office any day, bounce an idea, pitch a solution, and get some immediate feedback. Few layers means greater opportunities for me.
- Worst thing about my job:
- Few layers means I also wear a lot of hats - for example, when our team needs to fill a role, I need to find the candidate. I respect the efforts of my past HR managers - it really is hard to find great talent, and it can be a full-time job. Tough part is that my other responsibilities are still ongoing.
