Worst thing about my job:: Total and complete lack of privacy during working hours. Isolation. Lack of autonomy.
My dream job:: Working from home as a writer, with opportunities to teach workshops, and a bit of travel.

Hi Mary, I just now read your question re: sleep from oh...a month ago! I didn't realize the comment section at the end of our personal pages. I also suffer from insomnia and it isn't fun. Stress management is important so having a routine of something you do at night prior to bedtime is good. Something that helps you to get your mind clear. You can also try stretching and/or drinking some chammomile tea.
