- I am a perpetually guilty mother/career mom. I'm either guilty about my job or about the time I steal to be there for my kiddo. In my profession, part-time and flex-time seems hard to come by! Also, I'm an "older" mother -- dealing with a teenager whose hormones that are just starting up while mine are disappearing! I find it hard to find Moms in my situation...
